Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and scallions and cook, tossing often, until the broccoli is crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the hoisin sauce and ΒΌ cup water and cook, tossing, until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
1 large lemon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 firm ripe avocado
Sea salt

1 ripe large peach

Preparation
