This is easy.
Wrap fresh herbs such as coriander, parsley and spring onion in newspaper and stores them in the chiller.
They will look slightly limp when you take them out of the fridge. They will spring back to life when soak them in some iced water.
To ensure that they last longer, soak them in cold water for 10 minutes before storing in the fridge. You should trim and dry the herbs thoroughly with kitchen paper towel and place the herbs in zip lock bags or plastic containers. They should last for 3-4 days.
